Children

The My Children section lists the children linked to your account and gives you a deeper look at how each one is doing.

Accessing Children

1. Click "My Children" in the sidebar navigation
2. View all your linked children

Children Overview

Linked Children List

The banner at the top tells you how many children are linked. Below it, each child gets a card.

Child Cards

Each child displays:

Information	Description
Initials	Their initials in a coloured circle
Name	Child's full name
Class	Current class
Admission number	Shown as a badge in the corner

Each card has three buttons: "Quick View", "Full Analysis" and "View report cards".

Viewing Child Details

Full Analysis

Click "Full Analysis" (or "Quick View", which opens the same page) to see the child's in-depth view. The banner shows their name, class, admission number and Current Average with a trend arrow, followed by cards for Grade Average and Attendance.

The analysis itself is arranged in tabs:

Tab	Contents
Overview	AI Summary, Strengths, Areas for Improvement, Recommendations
Performance	Grade History, Performance by Subject, Performance by Assessment Type charts

At the bottom, "Message Teacher" takes you to the message composer.

:::note If no graded work has been recorded yet, the page says "No graded work yet" — the analysis appears once teachers post grades. If the child isn't enrolled at a school, it explains there are no school records to analyse. :::

Report Cards

Click "View report cards" on a child's card to see their term-by-term report cards and download each as a PDF. See Reports for details.

Switching Between Children

Child Picker

Use the child picker to switch:

1. Click the picker at the top of the page (or the child card in the sidebar)
2. Select another child — the current one is marked Active
3. Every page updates for that child

The picker shows each child's age, stage and whether they are a School, Home Learning or Home & School child.

Accessing Your Child's Information

Once a child is selected, use the sidebar to open their information:

Multiple Children

Managing Multiple Children

If you have several children:

• All of them appear in My Children
• Pages show one child at a time — switch child to see another's information

Adding a Child

To link another child:

1. Contact your school administration
2. Provide required information
3. School will link the child to your account
4. Child appears in your app

:::note Parents cannot add children themselves. The school must link children to your account. :::

Tips

1. Check regularly - Monitor each child's status
2. Read the analysis - The recommendations are a good conversation starter
3. Compare performance - If helpful for motivation
4. Address concerns - Respond to the areas for improvement
5. Stay organized - Know where each child stands
