Getting Started ​

Choose your role to access the relevant documentation:

Each school gets its own YeboLearn web address, and every role signs in the same way — with the email your school registered (or activated via an emailed invite link) and a password. There's no single shared login URL to list here; check with your school for its portal address if you don't have it.

Platform Features ​

YeboLearn is a comprehensive education management platform with:

  • Academic Management - Grades, assessments, and report cards, including a school-configurable grading scale (A-F, A*-G, 1-7, or custom) and pass mark
  • Attendance Tracking - Daily attendance capture that rolls up into each student's report card
  • Fee Management - Fee tracking and online payment via YeboPay, in the school's own currency
  • Communication - Messaging between teachers, parents, admins and students, plus notifications
